Shipping is based on weight and may be checked by filling your basket with the items you like and then proceeding to checkout. You can add your address details and the cart will work out your shipping. You can of course view this before you get to the payment bit.

You are not limited to purchasing physical items to qualify for free shipping, purchases of digital, downloadable goods will count towards your qualifying order.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is the default method of shipping for goods from Waltzingmouse Stamps. It does NOT include tracking. This means that I can offer competitive shipping rates. However, as you will be aware, Waltzingmouse Stamps cannot be responsible for items that are lost by the post office and we are unable to replace lost or late shipments.

Tracked services are more expensive and are not offered on the checkout facility on the store, however, If you require tracking and insurance, please email me BEFORE ordering as I will be delighted to accommodate you, many thanks. Unfortunately the free shipping offer will not extend to orders tracked or to insured shipping.

• All In-stock items ship in 24-48 hours, during weekdays unless there is something outside my control such as a public holiday. There is limited shipping on Saturday mornings and no shipping on Sundays.

Please note that complete orders will be held until I have all the stock available to fulfil your order in one shipment.

Please note that Waltzingmouse Stamps cannot guarantee delivery times and we cannot be held responsible for delays by the postal service. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Back-order Items

Stamps are available to order even when we do not have them in stock. We are constantly re-ordering replenishment stock and aim to keep all sets in stock so I am happy to take orders for all stamps that are currently out of stock as their replacements are often already on the way.

Please note that complete orders will be held until I have all the stock available to fulfil your order in one shipment.

Dies are not available to back-order as they come from another supplier, with whom we cannot guarantee stock levels.

Returns/Cancellations

Waltzingmouse Stamps is pleased to accept any unopened stamp sets for a full refund, just pop me an email at: claire.brennan1@ntlworld.com to organise this. I aim to refund via the method of payment, so if you paid via paypal I can simply send your refund via paypal etc. Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping costs. Please note that credit card transactions can only be refunded for up to 50 days after the transaction took place, after that I have to issue store credit in the form of discount code.

Packing

The clear stamps come mounted on clear plastic sheets. There is an accompanying clear plastic sheet printed in black showing the stamp images. These are housed in a clear plastic poly bag with a printed insert carrying basic instruction and a tip. I ship them in a heavy duty padded envelope.

Customs

It is likely that if you are ordering from overseas that your country may have a system for charging customs/duty for goods that you are buying/importing from over seas.

I have tried to find out about what level of customs/duties payments might be charged to folks from overseas purchasing my stamps. The following information relates to US customers purchasing stamps and having them shipped to their US addresses. As I find more information for other destinations I will update this page.

“Packages whose declared value is under $200 ($100 if being sent as a gift to someone other than the purchaser) will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP…”

The above statement comes from this link here:

http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/basic_trade/internet_purchases.xml

I believe this to be the US Government Customs and Border protection website, and this is their information regarding Internet purchases. It seems to suggest that folks can purchase up to $200 worth of merchandise before any customs charges might apply but I would strongly advise that you check this out for yourself, I do not have any concrete evidence from customers yet about any charges that anyone may have had to pay.
